1, Flour delivery system
Application: This machine uniformly quantitatively send flour after sieve filtration through pneumatic conveying, to filter gas storage tank.
Features: High productivity, can decorate according to the needs of field, the powder storehouse can be set separately, convenient and clean, simple maintenance.
2, Flour Mixing System
The dough mixing equipment consists of the airflow conveying of flour, salt water mixer, and double speed biaxial dough mixer, electric control cabinet, quantity control the flour and mixed well saline water,form atomization state mixed with flour, loose the dough, dry wet evenly.
3. Composite Continuous Dough Pressing Cutting System
Curing machine, rolling machine, continuous pressing machine, cutting machine, rod supplying hanging machine, five parts form one group, complete noodles forming stage. Mixed flour through 10 minutes' curing, into composite rolling machine, form dough sheet, and through 8 rollers pressing, to form 0.8-2 mm dough sheet. The pressed dough after cut knife, according to the different specifications cut into 0.8-6 mm wet noodles. Rod supplying machine hang 2400-2600mm long noodles to parallel chain, adopting photoelectric or close to shut electric control, hang on the hanger drying device synchronously. End cutting machine installed on the starting point in the process of the drying.
4, Drying System
New low temperature Chinese noodle production line includes the drying operation main drive, hanging chain, hanging equipment, steel structure cooling ceiling fan, moisture removal fan, air heater, sensor, temperature and humidity control instrument, electrical control cabinet, etc. Hanging chain hanging adopts stepless frequency control of motor speed operation, send noodles into the drying zone.
5, Putting down Noodles System
By the putting down machine, cutting tidy machine, multi knives or smart single-pole noodles cutter machine, electric control cabinet and so on, after 5 hours drying, dry noodles are sent into noodles cutter machine, cut into stick noodles with certain length (can adjust the length from 100 mm to 300 mm), packing by measuring the required weight of noodles.
